
This was my first day of Kindergarten on the left and my first day of College on the right. I am very proud of myself for making it to this point in my life!

I was a hockey player in the Lloydminster Minor Hockey Association female program for ten years!

The individuals I worked with at Special Olympics Bowling in Lloydminster for three years!

The Student Council I was an active member in for grades ten, eleven, and twelve!

Working with students in a grade 3-4 split class from Rendall Park School!

Co-chair/emcee at the 2013 Saskatchewan Student Leadership Conference that my school hosted in September 2013 of my Grade twelve year.

My name is Brianna Thiel. I was born and raised in Lloydminster, Alberta. I am currently in my second year at Lakeland College in the University Transfer Bachelor of Education Elementary program. In addition, my employment working with persons with disabilities has made me realize that I appreciate the opportunities that I have experienced. My passion in life is working with children especially as an eductor in a school setting.
Leadership is a key characterisitc of mine. I have been involved in many student council groups as well as being an Ambassador for Lakeland College. My passion of working with persons with disabilities with Special Olympics is inspiring me to pursue an after degree in Special Education after completeing an Elementary Education Degree.My volunteer experience that I have had within different classroom settings has solidified my dream of becoming a teacher.
My life path is to complete my second and final year at Lakeland College and transfer to the University of Albeta to complete my Bachelor of Education Elementary degree as well as my after degree. I anticipate my future goals after convocating is to start my career as an elementary school teacher and eventually start a family of my own.
